Our Delivery Charge & System

Mammams always try to deliver the product to the customer within a very short & specific time. Sometimes it can be changed based on the situation and some special products. Order after 6.00 p.m. (Bangladeshi Time) will be considered as an order of the next business day. You can purchase from Mammams and get delivery from anywhere in Bangladesh.

Literally our delivery charge is 60 bdt. for Inside Dhaka City & 120 bdt. for Outside Dhaka City. ( For Outside Dhaka City we will take 50% advanced of the product price with Delivery Charge. ). Besides sometimes our Delivery Charge depends according to customer’s_

• Demand (Urgent Delivery)
• Product Weight (More than 1 kg)
• Quantity (Many products in one order)
• Distance (Less or small quantity product but far distance, No courier service facility near to you etc.)
• Delivery type (Express or Next Day or Regular delivery)
• Location (Out of Bangladesh) etc.

The “Delivery Hero” will call you at least 1-2 hours before the product is delivered to you. So be careful and keep your mobile near to you after place your order from Mammams for avoiding any mistake.

( There is also one important thing is that the mobile no of the “Delivery Hero” will be unknown to you so don’t avoid any unknown call. )

N:B: This point is very important for our customers that if you reject or cancel any product by our “Delivery Hero” after delivered your order, at least you must pay the delivery charge which will be mentioned in the invoice. We don’t take any delivery charge as per our (Mammams) Rules. So remember it and must re-confirm your order after place on Mammams.
